Les is a beautiful chestnut Quarter
Horse gelding. He was given to us with
Jazz from Sue Wellman at ASAP. He
has about the sweetest personality
we've ever seen on a horse. This guy
doesn't have a mean bone in his body.
He is very respectful of everyone he
comes into contact with.
He is a smaller quarter horse and is
wonderful for beginner riders and
younger children. He is shy at first, but
once you gain his trust he's great. His
ground manners are sound and he is
very responsive to even young
children. We use him often to assist
participants with guided imagery while
on his back. He stands perfectly still,
not moving a muscle for long periods
of time while we are working with
individuals to overcome their fears.
Lester has quickly become a favorite
at Stable Life. He easily learned his
job and willingly accepts all the tools
and toys that we use.
